Your favorite website for HIM-related shit got
more than a little work done. It's better than ever.
There are no more Reviews. They were kind of boring
and nobody cared anyway.
A few sections have been combined. "Works"
now contains the official and unofficial
discography. It's not updated, of course, because
that's not how we roll around here.
But what might particularly interest
you is the revamped Media
Center. Gone are the pictures and slideshows, blah,
those sucked anyway. Besides, this is entirely better.
See, I wasn't telling you to join the
forum for nothing. Now you're missing out on all
the good shit. And don't try to spam your way in, it
won't work. Just be a decent member and you'll get in
eventually.

Vitamin
Records has produced a String Quartet Tribute to
our beloved Finns. It's set to be released early next
month. If you click
here, you can hear samples of the tracks. It sounds
pretty interesting.
Here's the tracklist:
Wings of a Butterfly
Killing Loneliness
Lose You Tonight
Join Me
Vampire Heart
Right Here In My Arms
Buried Alive By Love
Your Sweet Six Six Six
Beyond Redemption
Razorblade Kiss
In Joy and Sorrow
J.I.M. (Original composition inspired by the music of
HIM)
And, by the way...if you were a member
of the forum, with Media section access, you could be
putting Kiss of Dawn (Album Version) on your iPod right
now. (Credit: Daedalus)

If you've visited Heartagram lately, you would have
seen some doors, much like the promotion stuff for Dark
Light. This year, we've had a 30 second clip of Love
In Cold Blood, and today there's something a bit more
rewarding.
HIMs video for their new single
Kiss of Dawn, has a secret. Written as part
of the original treatment by Director Meiert Avis, you
must watch carefully because things are not what they
seem - and just when you though you had it all figured
out, there is more to find. The video is exclusively
available on iTunes today. Once you watch the video
go to heartagram.com to solve the mystery. The person
who cracks the code will get to see any HIM show of
their choice in 2007 or 2008 and meet the band backstage.
HIM will release their new album, Venus
Doom, on September 18th via Sire Records. (Credit:

"Kiss of Dawn" is even better
when it's a studio version. Can't wait to contract VD
on 9/18.

Kiss
of Dawn and Passion's Killing Floor (Brussels 07/07/07)
Speaking of "Kiss
of Dawn", this is from Heartagram:
The official first single
from HIM, "Kiss Of Dawn," will be out soon,
but you can premiere it yourself by going to heartagram.com/kissofdawn,
getting the sheet music for the song, and performing
it yourself before you hear it!
Film yourself (or with friends) performing
the song - three entries will be chosen to appear on
the new HIM DVD - coming in early 2008! Those three
winners will also get a copy of the DVD signed by the
band. The three winners will be judged by the originality
and quality of the performance. Check out heartagram.com/kissofdawn
for rules and how to enter. You must be a resident of
the US and 18 or over to win.
Hurry - you have until July 23rd to
send in your video entry.
