† Here is "Under the Rose" from last night's HIM: Live in Detroit special on MTV2. Again, I've included both the video and the mp3 file in the .zip file. Overall, I thought the special was good and was surprised at the treatment HIM received from something as mainstream as MTV2.

† As promised, here is HIM's performance of "Wings of a Butterfly" from MTV2's "Download & Discover." I also graciously took the liberty of adding the Mp3 to the .zip file for you. The problem with the mp3 is that I forgot to cut out the very last bit, so you'll have to do that yourself. And yes, I know the sound is a bit "bassy" but I'll work on that so I can get a great sounding Detriot stream Saturday. And yes, I have a DVD quality stream of this show, but it's over 150 megs, and I'm saving it for a video compilation I want to put together.

† I was flipping through the channels when I came across a Ville-looking guy on TV...I was surprised as all hell to find out it was in fact the real deal. Looks like HIM is going to be featured on MTV2 all this week, so be sure to check it out if you get it. I am DVRing the shows, and will try to capture them for you guys without MTV2.

First, HIM will be featured on Discover & Download performing "Wings of a Butterfly" from their Detroit show this past tour. The show runs various times:

17th: † 10:30 AM, 7:30 PM
18th: † 1:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 8:00 PM
20th † 4:00 PM

Also, MTV2 is showing "HIM: Live in Detroit" which will premiere the 21st at 8:00 PM EST. That's 7:00 PM CST.

† For all you vinyl addicts out there, Dark Light will be available as a double vinyl on January 24th. Apparently it's very limited, so they may already be out. Actually, TowerRecords.com is still selling them, which is where I got mine.

Also, Linde was recently injured and the band has been forced to reschedule the UK dates. The tour has been pushed back to April (which is when "Killing Loneliness" is released, by the way) The new dates are now:
