Friday, April 30th - Seattle, WA
Graceland
On-sale: 3.12 ($12.50 advanced, $15 at the door)

Oh, if I could only be in Seattle on my birthday. Keep in mind that these are the only confirmed dates at the moment and more are pending, so don't slit your wrists just yet.

Also, I don't have any information on how to get tickets, but my best educated guess is that you can call the club. An important note, these clubs are small, so if your best friend wants to know what's up, fuck 'em, don't tell them. I'm only telling you because I can't go to any of these shows anyway.

¤ For those of you in the UK, you'll be glad to know that you'll be receiving a bonus track on And Love Said No. It's an all new version of "It's All Tears", and it's downright fucking badass! This is for those of you who said HIM has gone sissy. Check out the track sampler here. There's also some more news and such there.

¤ HIM are only making one Finnish festival appearance this summer. They will play at Provinssirock in Seinäjoki on June 19th. Three-day tickets will go on sale March 1st. More information can be found here. (Credit: Heartagram)

¤ I'm thinking of adding a Wallpapers section here, but I don't want to use the ones found on the net already. If you have an original wallpaper, and don't mind it being used here, send it on in! Once I get a few, I'll post them up! Send it here, please leave the message subject in tact.

¤ And finally, if you haven't seen the video yet, well..darn it, you're in luck. You can check out Solitary Man here.

Quickies- Posted by: (2.21.04)

¤ There isn't a whole lot of exciting news going on right now, so here are some quick notes and house notes:

Universal has posted a jukebox of some sort to help promote Razorblade Romance. It also has some buddy icons and a few videos from the album. Check that out here and spread the word around like an STD.

¤ You can vote for "Join Me" on Fuse's Next Big Thing Awards! To cast your vote, visit their website and click on Next Big Thing Awards. Voting ends 2/29.

¤ Quick word about the bootleg trading: I am probably not going to take on as many trades as I had before. With the amount of traffic I'm getting now, there's no way I can fulfill all the requests that come in.

This is my final semester at my university, so I'm going to be real busy with other things other than trading. This isn't to say I won't be trading at all, but I won't do as many as I had before.

News and Notes- Posted by: (2.14.04)

¤ Just to clear some things up, yes, I have heard that HIM are ready to tour America. Seppo Vesterinen told the Finnish newspaper Ilta-Samonat that HIM first American tour is planned for the second part of April (around the 15th.)

They will tour for three weeks and will start in New York and end in Arizona. The reason I haven't posted anything is because there aren't any CONFIRMED dates of venues, so I'd rather wait instead of spreading rumors. I appreciate everyone sending me the news!

¤ Also, here are some pictures from HIM's latest gig in Paris. And Ville was interviewed by the BBC. You can check that out here.

Since we're talking about pictures, here's the new HIM promo pics.

Solitary Man Mp3/Video- Posted by: (2.12.04)

¤ Alright fuckbags, here's the studio version of Solitary Man! (It's streamed, but if you know what you're doing you can download it very easily.)

Also, if you go to HIM-Music, you'll be able to view the video for Solitary Man! It's a pretty cool video, except for those weird shots of Haggard (Bam) and "Sink Into the Underground" (cKy) being stuck randomly.

¤ And for those taking note, here's some more new bootlegs. Included is the 2004 Tavastia gig with bonus tracks. Here's what I have for you.

Nightwish
Radio Mafia (9.23.00)
Summer Breeze (8.23.02)

69 Eyes
Ruisrock Festival (6.7.02)

HIM
Ruisrock Festival (7.5.03)
Lycabettus Theatre (7.16.03)
New Year's Eve (Tavastia) (1.1.04)

News & Notes - Posted by: (2.6.04)

¤ For those of you who are planning to see HIM in Portugal, Portuguese band F.E.V.E.R. will be the supporting band at the festival of acronyms. For those of you planning to see HIM at the following shows and don't have tickets yet...well, you're shit outta luck. The following shows are officially sold out:

2.14 : Razzmatazz - Barcelona
2.17 : La Riviera - Madrid
2.20 : 013 Club - Holland
2.21 : Carling Academy - Birmingham
2.23 : Astoria - London

Also, HIM have sold out the March 5 show in Germany at the Soundgarden but have added another show the day before, March 4, and you can get tickets now.

¤ Finally, MTV.com has given HIM recognition. They're listed as HIM (Goth), but fuck it, they're listed. You can download "Join Me" here. (You have to register.)

In a related note, Launch.com has also listed HIM and now you can watch and rate "Join Me." Go and cheat, vote several times! If the president can do it, so can we, right? All you need is a Yahoo account.

¤ HIM have been named one of Alternative Press' "Bands to Watch in 2004." So check out HIM in Alternative Press' "Bands To Watch In 2004" issue! (That's kinda repetitive, but fuck it.)

¤ My good friend Izzy over at the Greek HIM fanclub DarkSecret club is giving you the chance to download an exclusive official promo wallpaper of new HIM single "Solitary Man" and have a sneaky preview of the single's artwork! Click here for the wallpaper, and find out more details here.

They also had the chance to chat with Mige and do an interview with the band at Tavastia 2004. Mige's chat is here, and the real interview is here. Enjoy those, and thank Izzy by checking out his wonderful site!

¤ I restructured the links page and added some more on there. If you want to be linked, just e-mail me and ask. We'll exchange links and all that shit.

¤ Also, for those requesting bootlegs, PLEASE don't request the Power Hour VCD, I can't find it right now. I don't have any idea where it is, so pick something else instead. Thanks.

¤ Also, this is a tad late, but oh well...some members of Amorphis and HIM have started a sideproject called To Separate The Flesh From The Bones, and their website can be found here. Their debut album is called "For Those About to Rot." It's clever in my opinion.

The line up is:
Herr Archstein – Vocals and guitar
Rot Wailer – Bass
Pus Sypope – Drums
It's unknown who is who, but it looks like Pus is Gas.

The tracklisting is
1. Infected Rectum
2. Breast-Fed By Blood
3. Rotten Vagina
4. Filthy Cunt
5. Genital Massacre
6. Chainsaw Fuck
7. Die Like A Wimp
8. Flesh That Lies Beneath
9. Fistfucked 'Til Death
10. Spermjerker

You can download Infected Rectum, Flesh that Lies Beneath, and Spermjerker from the Amorphis site. (Credit: Heartagram.ru)
