Such a HIM Whore- Posted

In a shameless move to self-promote, we're now Twitter
whores! Follow
us, or pay the price. And in another whorish move,
join our forum!
You get access to all sorts of shit, like our Media
page.
And finally, if you head to Heartagram,
you'll see that you can now pre-order Screamworks. I've
already submitted my order for the bundle as a gift
to myself. The limited edition promises an acoustic
version of the album, which should be aweswome. I think
an all-acoustic CD has been promised for a long time,
and it looks as though we'll finally get it.

Heartagram
released the full "Heartkiller" single. *Edit 12/7* - The track is available for purchase at iTunes.
Oh, and I know you're gonna wanna sing
along. So here is a rough draft interpretation of the
lyrics. Credit to Inferno
for the main transcript...we know some parts are off,
but we've only had the song for a bit.
*Edit 12/5* Them shits be official...
Farewell heartless world
I'll send you a postcard
Burnt in the flames you've tried so hard
To to extinguish with the fear of failing
I'll write down everything
I have learned
And edit it down to a single word
Love
For you I'm waiting, anticipating
Sparks will fly
Beneath the luna alight
Lazarus at Frankenstein's
Babe I'll be a - flatliner,
For a - heartkiller
A little we die
Above the lesser light
For you I'm open wide
Babe I'll be a - flatliner,
For a - heartkiller
Top hats
off to the return
Of the beat to lick a wound to
Cursed for some and blessed for a few
It doesn't have to make
any sense at all
Come hither and we'll fall
In love - for love
I'm crawling out of patience, baby
Sparks will fly
Beneath the luna alight
Lazarus at Frankenstein's
Babe I'll be a - flatliner,
For a - heartkiller
A little we die
Above the lesser light
For you I'm open wide
Babe I'll be a - flatliner,
For a - heartkiller
Paint all your sorrows
for me to sing
Heartkiller
Draw your pain and hear me hum it out
Sparks will fly
Beneath the luna alight
Lazarus at Frankenstein's
Babe I'll be a - flatliner,
For a - heartkiller
A little we die
Above the lesser light
For you I'm open wide
Babe I'll be a - flatliner,
For a - heartkiller

It's been a while since since I've done this, so there's
bound to be mistakes. Bear with me...I've completely
forgotten how to code this shit. First off, let me thank
the Great White Hope himself, Nick,
for posting and updating this place while I was serving
a 4 year prison term for overdue library books. Thug
life, motherfucka...
Also, thank you to everyone on The
Forum who continued to keep the place more active
than a last place contestant on The Biggest Loser.
But what can be more motivating than
a brand new track? The new track is called "Heartkiller."
You can check it out in all of it's 30 second glory
on Youtube and the like, but if you want to put it on
a continuous loop on your media player, you can download
the track here.

@ The Forum).
The new album is called Screamworks:
Love In Theory and Practice. It's supposed to be
more "straightforward." The tracklist is:
In Venere
Veritas
Scared To Death
Heartkiller
Dying Song
Disarm Me (With Your Loneliness)
Love, The Hardest Way
Katherine Wheel
In The Arms Of Rain
Ode To Solitude
Shatter Me With Hope
Acoustic Funeral (For Love In Limbo)
Like St. Valentine
The Foreboding Sense Of Impending Happiness
The titles sound interesting.
It's due out in the US on 2/9/10, with the UK and France
getting it a day before that. Japan will get it 2 days
after them; and the Germans getting it 4 days after
the Frenchmen, or 3 days after we infidel get it. Yep.
Oh, and MetalHammer did a track-by-track guide. Check
it out...I know, I'm as late as a girl finding out
she's preggers.
Again,
a huge thank you to everyone on The
Forum who's kept the faith alive here. We'll get
it back to normal soon. I'll be fixing stuff along the
way. I know half of the links up top don't work. I also
have a bunch of wallpapers
that were sent to me from way back that I've never posted.
I'm sure there's a facelift coming soon (as we do with
the new albums).
By the way,
if you don't know, The
Forum is the best place to find bootlegs. It's sorted
out nice and easy. All it costs you is 100 quality posts.
And by "quality" I don't mean spamming links
to the church of fudge, 4girlsfingerpaint, or free porn.
Be a contributing member, and you'll be rewarded nicely.
The members there don't bite unless you ask them to.
If they do bite you too hard, however, the safe word
is "ice cream."
STARTING
IT OFF WITH AUSTRALIA- Posted
by:
(8.13.09)
Via myspace bulletin and Heartagram.com. The following
was posted today.
"HIM will be playing at the
Soundwave Festival in Australia in February/March 2010.
We will update you as soon as the date(s) the band will
be playing is finalized. For ticket information see
the festival site here: http://soundwavefestival.com/"
Looks like they're starting it off with Australia this
time! Expect a whole new song lineup this time around
ladies and gentleman.
If you didn't see the 9 minute interview with Ville
from 'Spin Earth'. Here's
the link to check it out. Some things that are mentioned
are: Ville's 2 year sobriety, the Valentines 2010 release
of the new album (possibly), little bit about Matt Squire,
and some things Ville is reading...and not reading.
SCREAMWORKS:
A WORKING TITLE- Posted by:
(8.04.09)
I really wish that I was updating to say that
we would have new news every week to post like we used
to. But the fact of the matter is, that not very much
is going on in the HIM world. Like I've said a few times,
we get a few tidbits here and there, but nothing big
that needs to be mass emailed about.
For those who for some reason do not check Heartagram.com.
The new working title for the album
to be released toward the end of 2009 or early 2010
is SCREAMWORKS: LOVE IN THEORY AND PRACTICE.
AND WITH A NEW ALBUM...COMES
A NEW WEBSITE DESIGN! YAY! Stay tuned for that. I am
going to try and update as much as I possibly can, bare
with us. And we hope you still come and visit us from
time to time, because we aren't going anywhere for quite
some time!
Head on over to H-I-M666.com because they have recently
updated the HIMCDDB. If you haven't checked this out,
I suggest you do. It entails the ENTIRE HIM discography.
No joke. The ENTIRE discography. Including clips of
songs, full songs, track listings, release dates, serial
numbers etc. And the creators of this amazing device
are also apart of our forum here at thesac.net, I'm
not going to give out usernames or anything, but haha
its not that hard to figure out.
I'm putting together an OPEN SOURCE HIM FACT sheet,
located in the forum. Go sign up and check it out! All
random little facts and what not are accepted. Rules/Guidelines
are in the initial post. So go check it out!
It's nothing special. Bit its something
for you long time HIMsters to get in on during the breaks,
and show just how much you know!
On a footnote...if you are sending in wallpapers or
subscribing to the mailing list or wanting bootlegs.
I do not currently handle any of these. BUT if you do
in fact wish to send in a wallpaper, sign up to our
forum, and message it to me and I will be more than
happy to put it up. Don't worry if you think its stupid
or whatever, we accept all HIM related.
